Every DuroMax generator is backed by a 5 year residential parts and technical service warranty.
What Is Covered
- Engine and generator head defects in material or workmanship
- Electrical panel components and factory wiring
- Frame and factory-installed hardware
- Technical support and troubleshooting from our USA based team
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear items such as spark plugs, filters and oil
- Damage from stale fuel, improper oil level or lack of maintenance
- Commercial or rental use (covered for 1 year)
- Unauthorized modification or repair
Coverage Period
5 years residential from the date of purchase, 1 year commercial. Keep your receipt and register your unit to speed up any future claim.
Filing a Claim
Call 1-844-DUROMAX or email support@duromaxpower.com with your model number, serial number and proof of purchase. Most issues are resolved by shipping a replacement part directly to you, or through an authorized service center.
