Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 8-12 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is 8-12 business days after your order ships. Generators 9,000 watts and above ship by freight with free liftgate and curbside delivery.

Shipping Cost

All orders over $199 qualify for FREE shipping. Orders under $199 ship at a flat rate of $12.95. Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.

Freight Deliveries

The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect the pallet before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
