We want you to be satisfied with your generator. Here is how returns work.

30 Day Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Units That Have Been Fueled

Once a generator has been fueled or started it can no longer be returned as new. These units are covered by the 5 year warranty and handled through our service network.

Damaged Shipments

Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@duromaxpower.com with photos so we can file a freight claim immediately.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned unit being received and inspected.
