Great generator. Very quiet. I would suggest however making them easier to unbond. Had to hire an electrician and even he had a hard time unbonding it.

Been using this model through one hurricane and a few outages. I have mine hooked up to LP gas and it starts right up every time. The 16,000 watt inverter model (pure sine wave) allows us to run certain appliances and sensitive electronics without damage from a modified sine wave. It has TWO 50amp outputs. We run 4 deep freezers, 2 refrigerator/freezers, full house power, full shop power without having to be conservative. The deep well and 4-ton A/C surge voltage is nothing to this beast. I have been 100% satisfied so far.

Bought this to power my house after a hurricane or normal summer outages. So far, no need for both, but when I do the monthly run and power to the house, all works flawlessly! I run straight propane. I would buy again!

I received my XP16000 and it's very nice and big. I did try to charge the on board 12v battery with the included AC to DC adapter but other than a small indicator light on the adapter, there is no way of knowing if the 12v charge is reaching the battery itself. They should have, at a minimum, a power indicator light at the panel when plugged in.

This is the second DuroMax generator I own. I still have my first that I use for an out building, 4 years running perfect. I wanted a higher power unit for our main house in case of a power outage. I have a lot of sensitive equipment and wanted a unit with extremely clean power. This model supplies all I need to support all of my appliances, lights and electric heat. Our winters can get to -20 degrees. Being very easy to move around it provides me options a fixed unit can't provide. Size, price and service with an industry leading clean power capability, simply said, as good as it gets.

Hooked it to a 100 lb tank through an interlock kit. Air conditioning, well pump, water heater and everything else runs at once. Fuel burn is low because the idle control drops the engine speed when the load falls off.

You can stand next to it and hold a conversation. My neighbors have open frame units and you can hear them a block away. The V-Twin is smooth and the inverter power is clean enough for my computers.
